Find plans that fit your team, budget and required features. Compare the lowest qualifying public plan for each product, then check the practical differences in the linked guides.
How the shortlist works
The finder counts the owner, other cleaners and office staff, then checks each modeled plan's capacity, appointment limit and selected requirements. It picks the lowest published month-to-month price among the qualifying modeled plans for each vendor and applies your subscription budget.
The result can legitimately contain several vendors, one vendor or none. “No qualifying published plan” does not mean the vendor can never solve the problem; a custom offer, an unverified capability or a different requirement may change the answer. We do not price those possibilities as though they are already confirmed.
What each requirement actually means
Online booking: a documented customer booking-related function. The exact request, assessment or confirmed-job workflow still needs evaluation. Jobber's official documentation distinguishes those routes. Jobber online booking
Basic SMS reminders: a documented reminder capability. It does not establish free unlimited messages, two-way texting or marketing access. BookingKoala uses an external Twilio connection and ZenMaid documents separate credit purchases. BookingKoala SMS notifications overview ZenMaid: How much does it cost?
QuickBooks Online: a currently documented native plan entitlement in this research. ZenMaid's inspected pricing says coming soon, and BookingKoala native support is unverified here, so neither is silently treated as a match. Jobber's integration version also matters. Checklists: a documented checklist function, not proof that the system supports your required branching, attachments or approval process. BookingKoala's dependency behavior differs by tier. BookingKoala checklist dependencies
A budget is only for the software subscription
If your total operations budget is $100, entering $100 here does not reserve anything for SMS, payments or accounting. Use a smaller subscription ceiling if those costs must fit inside the same cash limit.
An option slightly above budget is not automatically better because it has more functions. First check whether an optional requirement can be removed without compromising operations. Do not disable an essential requirement just to get a reassuring low price.
What to do with two finalists
Read the matching comparison and run the same fictional cleaning jobs through both intended plans. Evaluate the next recurring visit, a canceled occurrence, a cleaner substitution and the invoice. Record actual pass/fail results in the trial checklist.
The shortlist covers published plan features. Use a trial to check support, usability and the way your team handles real jobs. Calculation rules and research scope.
Job limits, messages and devices
The finder now considers seven public tariff models, with MaidCentral explicitly quotation-only. It separates Maidily scheduled-job packs from ServiceM8 new-job quotas; an unknown new-job count leaves ServiceM8 unpriced. Launch27's generic QuickBooks label is not upgraded to a verified QBO-edition flag without sufficient detail. Two-way SMS is filtered separately from basic reminders. Known required add-ons are added when modeled; unknown message usage remains excluded. A product omitted by a narrow capability filter can have an unverified feature rather than a proven absence. The mobile guide explains why the Android exclusion is a mismatch screen, not an all-vendor device certification.
