What the calculator counts
There is one owner. “Other cleaners” excludes that owner. The owner counts as a service provider only when “Owner also cleans” is selected. Office-only staff count as additional account profiles, not cleaning providers.
For example, an owner who does not clean plus three cleaners means four total users and three providers. ZenMaid Pro therefore calculates $39 + 3 × $14 = $81. An office manager increases total profiles. Represent real staff accurately; this tool does not recommend shared accounts or omitting legitimate workforce information.
Monthly and annual billing options
Month-to-month uses the public monthly standard price. Annual prepayment uses a documented monthly equivalent and displays the calculated base amount for twelve months. Jobber's monthly-payment, year-commitment mode is a third option.
Where public annual or commitment pricing is not established, the tool reports an unpriced option instead of inventing a discount. For HCP MAX above eight users, the monthly extra-seat price is documented, but annual extra-seat billing timing is not normalized here; annual results for that case require a quote. What the feature filters include
Online booking means a documented booking-related function, not proof of instant recurring reservations. Basic SMS does not mean all notification templates or two-way conversation. QuickBooks means the current native entitlement used in this dataset, subject to account/version limits.
The tool cannot decide whether your own complex clean can be priced correctly or whether the interface is easy for your team. Those require the workflow guide and trial checklist.
Costs outside the subscription
The result excludes taxes, payment processing, SMS usage and numbers, optional add-ons, migration, custom quotes and your labor. BookingKoala's storage and campaign-contact limits can also change the required tier. A displayed result within a provider allowance is not an assertion that every other limit is satisfied.
The optional budget fields add only the values you supply to a chosen result. Blank fields remain unknown. A subtotal with unknown items is labeled a known subtotal, not “all-in cost.”
How to use the result
Eliminate plans that fail required functions. Compare the remaining public prices on the same billing basis. Then confirm the actual order and evaluate the intended tier. An unpriced quote-based plan is not necessarily more expensive; it is simply not ranked on a price we do not know.

Job limits and device requirements
Seven vendors now have public tariffs in the model: BookingKoala, ZenMaid, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Launch27, Maidily and ServiceM8. MaidCentral is shown separately as quotation-only. Maidily capacity uses scheduled appointments with whole extra 50-job packs. Selecting two-way messaging adds its documented dedicated-number charge. ServiceM8 requires a separate new-job-card count for the billing cycle; leaving that input unknown leaves its price unclassified rather than substituting scheduled appointments. Its Premium Plus/bonus-credit edge cases remain outside this small-team model.
The Android requirement checkbox excludes ServiceM8 when its documented Lite limits conflict with the buyer's required field-management/payment functions. It is not a guarantee of parity among all other vendors. ServiceM8 Lite Android capabilities
The default basic reminder and booking flags are deliberately narrow. Unlimited profiles do not prove full team scheduling, and a booking function does not prove every recurring reservation is automatically staffed.
