ZenMaid adds charges for active profiles; Launch27 advertises unlimited users within its plan tiers. Compare those costs alongside the booking, recurring calendar and mobile functions your business needs.

ZenMaid adds a charge for each active profile after the owner. Launch27 lists unlimited users and bookings, but places particular booking, SMS and native-app capabilities on different tiers. ZenMaid: How much does it cost? Launch27 pricing

How prices compare as your team grows

Additional active profiles after one owner ZenMaid Pro monthly calculation Launch27 Pro monthly
0 $39 $150
3 $81 $150
5 $109 $150
8 $151 $150
10 $179 $150

ZenMaid Pro uses the published $39 + $14 per additional profile formula. Launch27 Pro is its standard monthly plan. Taxes, processing, messaging and setup are excluded. The plans are not identical, and this is not a usability test. ZenMaid: How much does it cost? Launch27 pricing

The crossover at eight additional profiles means that a company should stop saying “ZenMaid is always cheaper because it starts at $39.” It does not mean Launch27 becomes universally better at nine total users.

Likewise, Launch27 Base at $75 is not a fair replacement for every Pro-level function. A calendar or booking requirement may change the comparison before headcount does.

Booking forms and mobile app access

ZenMaid's current pricing distinguishes branded forms on Pro from own-brand forms on Pro Max. Launch27 puts its unbranded premium form on Pro and native cleaner/office application access on Plus. ZenMaid pricing Launch27 pricing

A business should not buy a native application simply to remove branding from a customer form. Nor should it assume an unbranded form supplies the mobile tools a cleaner needs after the appointment is accepted.

Write those as separate requirements: customer sees the correct company identity; cleaner sees the correct assigned work; owner can make the required scheduling changes. Then select the tier for the actual combination.

Checking future recurring availability

A free slot today does not prove a recurring slot stays free. ZenMaid's Spot Finder documentation describes recurring checks and its display horizon. Launch27 publishes availability and conflict-prevention functions. Those are reasons to evaluate the behavior, not evidence of identical forecasting logic. ZenMaid Spot Finder Launch27 pricing

For the buying decision, determine whether the service must reserve future dates automatically or can remain subject to office confirmation. If the office owns future capacity, the customer-facing message should not promise more certainty than the process provides.

The same applies to a skipped visit. The business must know whether it changed one appointment or the series, and how the notification and payment follow that change.

SMS charges and QuickBooks availability

ZenMaid documents separately purchased SMS bundles. Launch27's Pro listing includes Twilio integration and SMS functions. Compare those administrative models and applicable usage costs separately from the subscriptions. ZenMaid: How much does it cost? Launch27 pricing

For QuickBooks, neither side should receive an unexplained green checkmark in this particular comparison. ZenMaid's inspected page labels it coming soon. Launch27 publishes a current QuickBooks integration label, but this research has not established its complete edition and object-level behavior. ZenMaid pricing Launch27 pricing

A business with mandatory QBO requirements should use the integration evidence guide to distinguish stronger documentation from a generic entitlement.

Annual savings can cost more in the first months

Launch27 Pro's $1,530 annual payment equals $127.50 per month, but it still requires the yearly payment. ZenMaid says annual arrangements are available on inquiry; we do not invent a matching standard discount. Launch27 pricing ZenMaid: How much does it cost?

If the likely length of use is uncertain, compare the upfront annual sum with cancelable monthly spending over that likely period. Do not assume refunds from either agreement. The commitment section of the switching tool shows the arithmetic separately from contract terms.

Recommendation

Evaluate ZenMaid first when a cleaning-calendar workflow and the relevant active-profile total fit. Evaluate Launch27 when the booking route, unlimited-user model or a specifically required higher-tier function justifies its plan.

A company already satisfied with one product should not migrate solely because the other becomes $1 cheaper at an illustrative profile count. Use the migration guide and first-year model. View ZenMaid · View Launch27.
