At 150 appointments rather than 151, Maidily Grow stays at $49 before extras. That capacity boundary is why a monthly average can be insufficient for choosing a plan.
Maidily team scheduling starts on Grow
Maidily's price matrix includes unlimited user profiles but gates team scheduling, PTO and time tracking to Grow and above. Its Free allowance is small and its headline booking wording conflicts with the detailed hosted-form entitlement. Current QuickBooks availability

When native QBO support is mandatory now, Maidily has the stronger current published claim between these two. We do not turn the vendor's broad two-way wording into an independently tested guarantee about refunds, deposits, edits or perfect accuracy.

SMS reminders and two-way messages
ZenMaid documents credit bundles; Maidily lists a dedicated-number requirement for two-way messaging. That requirement is added to our Maidily comparison when selected. A customer replying “please skip this week” creates a scheduling task. Someone must own it. If the reply is received but no one changes the appointment, the system has not removed the operating risk.
Use the notification templates for wording and the volume calculator for intended sends. Neither tool promises deliverability or consent compliance.
Calendar changes and mobile access
ZenMaid documents a recurring availability tool. Maidily documents iOS and Android applications with owner and cleaner views, including offline availability for specified information. A practical decision record should include one recurring exception and one cleaner substitution, rather than a rating based only on an empty calendar. For low reception, distinguish viewing saved notes from making financial or scheduling changes that must synchronize later.
When switching is not justified
If the calendar is reliable and the difference is a modest subscription amount, migration may take longer to repay than expected. Include setup, training, parallel running and any new recurring administration. Do not insert a claimed “hours saved” number from a marketing page into the model as though it were measured in your business.

Recommendation
Evaluate Maidily when its job-based model or published current QBO capability solves a real requirement. Evaluate ZenMaid when its documented calendar workflow and profile total fit the actual team. Stay with either when the proposed move produces no concrete benefit after migration cost.
