Jobber connects customer requests, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments. Compare the user bundle you need across its three billing arrangements: month to month, monthly payments with an annual commitment, or annual prepayment. Jobber pricing

This guide focuses on the public Core, Connect and Grow options most relevant to a small cleaning business. It is not a quotation for every possible Jobber plan or negotiated bundle, and it does not claim a completed hands-on product trial.

Monthly payments, annual commitments and prepayment

Plan / users Month to month Monthly payment, 1-year commitment Annually prepaid, monthly equivalent
Core · 1 user $49 $39 $29
Connect · 1 users $139 $119 $99
Connect · 5 users $199 $169 $149
Connect · 10 users $299 $259 $229
Connect · 15 users $399 $339 $299
Grow · 1 users $199 $169 $149
Grow · 5 users $299 $259 $229
Grow · 10 users $399 $349 $299
Grow · 15 users $499 $429 $399

“Monthly with a one-year commitment” spreads payments across a year but is not the same as paying month to month without that commitment. The annually billed column is a monthly equivalent, not the amount charged each month. The current price page is the source for these standard public options. Jobber pricing

For example, Core at a $29 monthly equivalent means a calculated $348 annual subscription. The $39 option is a different billing arrangement. The $49 option is the public month-to-month price modeled here. A price comparison should not put $29 beside a competitor's cancelable monthly price without disclosing that difference.

Count the owner in the user bundle

A non-cleaning owner with four cleaners needs five profiles if everyone accesses the system. A non-cleaning owner with five cleaners needs six. Those businesses fall on different sides of a five-user bundle even though “five-person team” is an easy phrase to use loosely.

The current public pricing page also offers a quote path for multiuser Core. Therefore we do not claim Connect is the cheapest possible contract available to every team. Our tables compare published bundles, not unpublished quotations.

For an owner plus three cleaners, the modeled Connect five-user month-to-month bundle is $199. For an owner plus ten cleaners, eleven users require the published fifteen-user Connect bundle at $399 under this model. Get the exact quotation before choosing a larger bundle solely on our example.

Core: scheduling, invoices and payments

Core's current public list includes online booking, scheduling, quotes and invoicing. That may be a sensible first evaluation for an owner who needs a job process but not the higher-tier automation. Jobber pricing

Do not assume “online booking” means every part of residential recurring work is self-service. Jobber's online-booking documentation distinguishes a request form, an assessment booking and a job booking that creates a one-off job. That is different from proving that a new customer can reserve an entire recurring series automatically. Jobber online booking

For a business that quotes initial cleans before agreeing a repeating schedule, that distinction may be acceptable. For an instant-booking business, it could be central. Test the customer journey rather than arguing about whether the product has a booking checkbox.

Connect: reminders and QuickBooks

Connect's published functions include customer reminders, automatic payments, checklists, follow-ups and QuickBooks Online connectivity. Those are concrete reasons to evaluate the upgrade. Jobber pricing

Automatic payment collection is not merely creating a repeating appointment. Jobber documents a stored payment method and a recurring-job billing configuration, with per-visit or fixed-price invoicing behavior. A cleaner must decide which event justifies charging the customer and what should happen after a skipped visit. Jobber automatic payments

A good test is to create two visits, complete one and reschedule the other. Inspect which invoice is generated and whether an unperformed clean would be charged. Use supported test methods and do not create an unauthorized real charge.

Grow: two-way messages

Grow lists two-way text messaging and additional quoting and automation capabilities. A business that only needs scheduled reminders may not need that upgrade. A business that coordinates customer replies through an office inbox has a different requirement. Jobber pricing

Before paying for conversation features, define who will watch the replies. A message saying the customer will not be home is operationally useful only if someone sees it and changes the plan. Software does not supply the staff member responsible for that decision.

QuickBooks: check which integration your account uses

Jobber's August 2026 documentation says its new QuickBooks Online integration is gradually rolling out. The new integration sends ongoing changes from Jobber to QuickBooks, following an optional initial import. It should not be described using an old universal “two-way sync” claim. Ask which version is enabled in the account and run the relevant reconciliation test. Our QuickBooks guide explains the specific consequences without assuming every subscriber has already migrated.

Recurring cleaning needs exception handling

Jobber documents repeating jobs and separate billing schedules. That provides a basis for evaluating a recurring-cleaning workflow. It does not establish that your particular holiday policy, alternating staff assignment or first-clean price rule requires no manual steps. Jobber recurring jobs

Use one realistic case: the regular customer pays per visit, skips a holiday week and requests an oven clean on only the next visit. Record the schedule, assignment, line items and invoice for both the exception and the following regular appointment. If the process is awkward for your business, that matters more than the number of other industries the software serves.

When to stay on a lower tier

Do not choose a higher tier for features outside the next operational requirement. More sophisticated proposals are not automatically valuable for standardized residential cleans. An annual discount is not a reason to commit before the intended subscription tier has passed the test.

Likewise, do not compare card-processing costs using only a headline rate. Jobber's payment documentation says rates vary by payment method and directs users to account settings for current rates. Put the applicable card, bank-payment and optional payout fees into the payment cost worksheet. Jobber Payments basics

Which Jobber plan to choose

Shortlist Jobber when the job-to-invoice workflow, documented accounting path and available automation address current work. Compare it with Housecall Pro for a broader field-service choice, or ZenMaid for a cleaning-calendar-focused evaluation.

Calculate the public bundle cost before checking Jobber's current plans. Record both the user allowance and the commitment, not just the headline monthly equivalent.
