Maidily defines a job as a scheduled cleaning appointment; each recurring occurrence counts separately. Additional capacity is sold in 50-job packs. Use this formula for the paid plans:
monthly subscription = base + ceiling(max(0, scheduled jobs − included jobs) / 50) × pack price
The ceiling matters. A job above a capacity boundary is not priced as one-fiftieth of a pack in this model. You need sufficient whole packs for the scheduled volume.
How extra job packs change the bill
For an illustrative 151 scheduled jobs, Start's calculation is $29 + three $3 packs = $38. Grow is $49 + one $8 pack = $57. Scale stays at $99 inside its included capacity.
A business that needs team scheduling needs Grow or above, even when Start’s job-pack total is cheaper. Choose the feature tier first, then add enough packs for your scheduled visits.

Two-way messaging adds a $10 monthly number charge

A business using Grow for 151 scheduled jobs and selecting two-way messaging therefore models $57 + $10 = $67/month before usage and other fees. It is not an all-in texting quotation.
Maidily's messaging page describes shared customer/team conversation history. That is a different job from an automated appointment reminder. Do not buy conversation tooling without deciding who owns the inbox when a customer changes tomorrow's visit. Maidily two-way messaging
Free-plan booking and job limits
Free's headline card mentions online booking, but the detailed matrix distinguishes quote-request forms from a hosted booking form and marks the latter absent on Free. We use the narrower matrix interpretation: do not rely on Free for a verified customer self-booking workflow. Its small job allowance may still be useful for a light-volume evaluation. Free also does not mean payment processing and messaging have no cost. Nor does a no-charge account establish that all of the workflows of the paid plans are available.
QuickBooks: customers, invoices and payments

The buying question is narrower: will the connection handle the records your business creates? A new paid invoice is only one case. An edited line item, partial payment, refund or merged customer can require different handling. Mobile apps and offline access
The vendor documents iOS and Android applications with different owner and cleaner views, plus offline availability for schedules, addresses and job notes. That is a useful reason to include it in a mixed-device shortlist. It is not evidence that every edit or payment operation works offline. Maidily mobile applications
Specify the job a cleaner must do without reception. Reading tomorrow's address, changing an invoice and accepting a payment are different requirements. The office also needs a way to resolve a stale appointment after the device reconnects.
When to choose Maidily
Evaluate Maidily when per-profile costs elsewhere are significant, when its job allowance matches the actual calendar, or when the advertised Grow-level team/accounting workflow fits. Do not treat a low subscription as evidence of lower implementation work or better reliability.
